These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the coolriots.comwebsite (the “Site”) operated by CoolRIOTS Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“CoolRIOTS”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms do not govern any BeX product or service, which is subject to a separate agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping at a rate that degrades service, introducing malicious code, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the CoolRIOTS and BeX marks, and design — are owned by CoolRIOTS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
